The first piece of this collection was later canceled. This does not happen often, but it happens.
On it goes with THE BOYS. Episode 23, POLITICALLY CORRECT deals with the cold past. Actually, it was only the heating system which broke down, but Heinz had to make a politicum out of it, as usual.
Again THE BOYS. This time Helmut is happy for the Americans who just conquered Baghdad. "10.000 years of history are looking down upon you" he says, but Heinz assumes that he just watched CNN all night and got brainwashed. Besides, Baghdad was only founded in the eighth century, by the caliph al-Mansur.
As it happens it goes on with THE BOYS. Helmut has now become an agent for the Americans. There had been some indications before, but now it is clearly on the table. You can imagine that Heinz is not exactly pleased by these developments.
When we have the boys we must also have THE GALS. Fanni and Fiona are the new counterparts for Heinz and Helmut. Fiona actually is Heinz's girlfriend and she was mentioned before. But now... she's alive.
With A DEBATE ON THE BEACH we come back to the boys. Heinz cannot live at Fiona's place forever, and so he must try to arrange with Helmut. Normally they make it in the end, but there are limits, of course.
The fifth episode of Mea Maxima Culpa is about the German press and the western media again. It is not really good literature and I am sorry. It is just that I am running out of ideas. Every artist goes through these phases sometimes, you know.
